PITS:
To make the day run more smoothly we will have a large pit area for riders to set up in for the day. Please do
not go back to your vans in between the tests. There is plenty of room for you to set up gazebos or tents
within the pit area to get you out of the elements. This will help the event run smoothly and and quickly, as
well as, keep everyone in one spot.
Riders must have an environmental mat and fire extinguisher at their pit.
Please note there will be blue tape/rope areas, these will be monitored very closely and a strict 5mph limit is
in place.
Failure to comply with any of these points will result in exclusion or penalization.
SCHEDULE:
Signing on/Scrutinering: 8:30-9:30 AM
Riders Briefing: 9:45 AM-All riders must attend.
Start: 10:00 AM riders will be set off in class order on a sighting lap.
Duration: 10 minute test, we’re aiming to get 6-7 sprints in (time dependant)
Cool Down:
Straight after the test we will have a section of really nice meandering track you will ride un-timed to help you
cool down after the sprint before returning to the pit to wait for the next sprint. This will really help with the
warm weather and shorten the waiting time in the pits.
MACHINE EXAMINATION / SIGNING ON: Signing on and scrutineering will be on Sunday morning between
08:30 and 09:30. Riding numbers will be issued at signing-on. Bikes MUST then pass-through machine
examination with numbers on the bike before you will be allowed to start. Machine examination will finish at
09:30 prompt!
“Please have a screenshot of your ACU license available for us to view when signing on rather than try and
access it via the ACU site and holding the queue up due to an unreliable phone signal. There is little mobile
phone coverage at the Start Area”.
ACU Licences: At signing-on you will be asked to display your 2024 ACU licence or purchase a One Event
Licence (£25). Failure to provide a valid 2025 ACU licence will mean purchasing an ACU one event licence for
which you will have to pay £25.00 cash.
