ANNOUNCEMENT:
TNT. Track n Trail Ltd will hold an open to all All-Terrain Rally event. Held under the ACU National Sporting Code, the ACU All-Terrain Standing Regulations, these Supplementary Regulations and any Final Instructions that may be issued.

ELIGIBILITY:
All riders must hold an ACU Licence and a Valid Motorcycle Licence. ACU one event licences can be purchased with entry for £20.
EVENT:
This is a type of event specifically designed to be suitable for TRAIL bikes. The event will be decided over a number of "SPECIAL STAGES" which will be timed to the nearest second.

1. R1 - Enduro Bikes- Up to 125cc 2t & Up to 250cc 4T

4. T1 - Trail/Adventure bikes – Up to 575cc

RIDER ABILITY - EXPERT CLASS
This will cater for all bike classes and will cover the full mileage as well as a back to back test on the 2nd lap and an extra test in the evening of Day 1.
RIDER ABILITY - CLUB CLASS:
This will cater for all bike classes and will cover the full mileage but not the back to back test on the 2nd lap or the extra test in the evening of Day 1.
RIDER ABILITY- SPORTSMAN CLASS:
This class will follow the club class schedule on day 1 and the novice schedule on day 2.
RIDER ABILITY - NOVICE CLASS:
This will cater for all bike classes and will cover a shorter mileage. Likely to be 1 lap instead of the 2 laps for the other classes, so ideal for those who don't feel capable or are a little unsure about being able to cover the full distance. Novice Class riders are not eligible to score points in the BBRC.
TYRES:
Front and rear tyres can be ANY fully ROAD LEGAL and “E” marked type.
N.B. Tyres marked N.H.U. (Not for Highway Use) or similar, non-speed rated tyres and ANY motocross tyres are specifically EXCLUDED from this event.
START/FINISH AREA:
Will be Loscombe Farm near Dorchester. Track name Two Valleys. The start will be signposted from the A35 in Winterbourne Abbas. Further details will be given in the FINAL INSTRUCTIONS.
ENTRY:
Entry is ONLY via Track n Trail’s entry system at www.trackntrail.co.uk
Entry fees will not be returned unless the event is cancelled, or a rider gives valid reason for not riding at least 7 days prior to the event. In such cases £20 will be deducted to cover costs. Entries will close on Friday 6th June, or when full.

ROAD TRAFFIC ACT INSURANCE SCHEME
Vehicles and motorcycles must have a valid motor insurance policy which provides as a minimum, Third Party Liability cover that complies with the Road Traffic Act. This can be either, by extending an existing motor policy to cover the event, or, by purchasing additional cover, providing under the Event Road Section Scheme as an adjunct to an existing motor policy. If a competitor has an extension to their existing policy, they will be required to sign a declaration that the cover complies with the requirements of the Road Traffic Act. Any responsibility for a fraudulent or misleading declaration about existing cover lies with the competitor.
At signing on you will be asked to sign the standard ACU disclaimer this will also include a paragraph to say that you have read and understood the conditions of the RTA insurance scheme.
COURSE:
Full details of the course will be announced with the FINAL INSTRUCTIONS. Each lap is likely to be around 60 miles. Time allowances will be available at the start control.
SPEED AVERAGE:
There will be an overall average speed of 18mph. There will be no penalty for being late at a “Special Stage” until you are more than 30 minutes late, at which point you will be disqualified. If you are early at a “Special Stage” you will have to wait for your correct start time, you will not incur any penalty for being early.
RIDING NUMBERS:
Will be supplied by the organisers at signing-on.
CLOTHING:
Helmets must have a current ACU gold or silver stamp. Motocross type boots, gloves and suitable strong clothing MUST be worn. It is STRONGLY recommended that enduro type clothing is worn and an enduro type jacket is recommended.
REFUELLING:
Refuelling will be located in the start / finish area. Toilets and refreshments will also be available at this area. No refuelling is permitted anywhere other than at the refuelling area. No smoking is permitted at the venue, at the refuelling point or at the start/finish area. All petrol MUST be in approved containers. Environmental mats must be used when refuelling and you need to provide your own. Most riders will need to refuel during the event.
POWER WASHERS / GOGGLE TEAR OFFS / CAMERAS:
These are not allowed at any Track n Trail event. Also, no GoPro type cameras.
COURSE MARKING:
Will be orange DAYGLOW ARROWS.
SIGNING ON / MACHINE EXAMINATION:
Will be at the start area between 16:00 and 17:00 on friday 12th and between 07:45am and 08:45am on Saturday 13th. Sign-on and collect rider numbers before machine examination. Signing on will FINISH at 08:45am Saturday
START:
Riders will start the event three at a time at one-minute intervals. The first riders will start at 9am on Saturday 13th June and 9:00am on Sunday 14th June. The start order will be by Track n Trail “seeding” (see entry form) and not bike class. i.e., the fastest riders will go first, irrespective of class. Riders will start each of the “Special Stages” individually at 20 second intervals.
NOISE:
All machines MUST meet current enduro standards. They must be fitted with the manufacturers ORIGINAL or a replacement B.S. Approved (or equivalent) silencer that must NOT have been modified in any way.
SPECIAL NOTES
PLEASE NOTE:
All the Special test sections of the route are on private land and Track n Trail has special access permissions to run this event. No-one, not even Track n Trail officials, have the authority or right to ride these sections either before or after the event and anyone doing so WILL be putting the future of ALL off-road riding in this area in great jeopardy. Anyone found doing so will be excluded from this event and banned from all future Track n Tail events in the future and referred to the ACU for possible further action.
1. Machine must have official riding numbers clearly visible (front and both sides) at all times
2. Only COMPETITORS are allowed to ride the course. Action will be taken against any unauthorised persons found to be doing so. Having a support rider will result in the competitor being disqualified.
3. Please make sure you hand in your timecard when you finish each day!
The organisers reserve the right to refuse any entry without explanation
