Please be ready to be directed to a parking space.
Any refuelling must be done in the pits area.
Toilets
There are toilets at the venue.
Hand washing facilities are outside the cubicles and please use the hand sanitiser provided inside.
Event control
Our usual signing on tent will now become event control, so you still have a point of contact to speak to someone if there's any problems.
Medical conditions
Anybody with any medical conditions that our first aid crew need to know about please go and speak to Rob from Dorset medical and bring him up to speed.
Things to Watch out for at Scrubbs Fam.
In the woodland and through the parkland please be very careful and watch for tree stumps, we have marked or removed most but there's always one or two that may not have been spotted.
Please keep your goggles on at all times there are lots of thorns and debris that could damage your eyes.
Hard and Easy routes.
There are a couple of hard and easy routes on the track. The hard routes are marked by a red sign and the easy route will be on a green sign so watch out for those in various places.
Sighting lap
I/ Mike will lead the sighting lap, but I will not be stopping to let everybody bunch up as usual, so you will have to be very vigilant at navigating your way round.
Remembered no tear offs at Enduro events they are poisonous for farm animals.
Footpaths and right of ways
The track that you enter the venue on is a bridle path so be incredibly careful and thoughtful crossing from the parking area to the track entrance.
There are two places the track crosses the right of way and these will be indicated with crossing ahead signs and walking pace signs. Please cross these sections at walking pace. These crossings are also manned by marshals ensure you follow any instructions given by the marshal and stop if you are asked to do so.
No riding outside the Track
Riders can come on and off the track at any time of the session but there is absolutely no riding outside the track. Once you are off the track you need to push your bike, please return to your vans when not riding.
Track markings
Crossed arrows that is a warning sign look out for an obstacle or danger.
An orange arrow on either side of the track you need to ride between the two arrows.
Muc-Off tape marks the side of the track, sometimes there will be tape on both sides. Ride between both sides of the tape.
Some sections may have orange arrows on one and Muc-Off on the other side, so you ride between them.
Injured riders
If anybody comes across an injured rider please make sure you keep a good distance away from them and park your bike across the track diagonally so no one else can run them over. We would ask you verbally check they are okay and if they need first aid assistance send a rider on to the event control or the closest right of way station to inform us a rider needs help. There will be plenty of riding marshals out on the track and they will take over a will look after the injured rider. If the rider has neck or spinal injuries, please do not move them.
Look forward to seeing you all on the weekend, Mike.
Warning Motorsport can be dangerous and may involve death or injury! Despite organisers taking all reasonable precautions accidents can happen.
